Hey there! I'm Rob Lancsak, a certified personal trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness. As a father to young twin boys, I understand firsthand the challenges of staying fit while juggling the demands of parenting.

My program is designed for efficiency. Most clients see significant improvements with just 3-4 30-minute sessions per week. Remember, consistency is key – short, regular workouts are more effective than sporadic long sessions.

I have no equipment at home. Can I still follow this program?

Absolutely! While having some basic equipment can be helpful, it's not necessary. We'll design a program using bodyweight exercises and household items that can double as workout tools. As you progress, we may suggest some small, affordable equipment to expand your options.
